Description
- 1.25 Module: Has a modulus of 1.25, and the centre hole is an 8mm hex hole to match our 8mm hex shaft and motor output shaft. The 8mm hex hole produces a positive drive, and the centre hole length reaches 33mm.
- Good Match: The matched radial bearing and thrust bearing shaft can make the 8mm hex shaft mounted on the rotate smoothly and efficiently. The thrust bearing helps to deal with any potential axial load.
- Work: Increases the between shafts and the of the centre hole, and increases the clamping force and pressing area, providing greater supporting force to resist heavy radial loads. Can also handle heavy torsion loads without rounding or slipping of shafts and holes.
- Gear Shaft: The gear shaft suits for use with the 28 tooth brass gear, which will build a very compact, high torsion and robust 28:1 gear reduction ratio. It's also self locking and can be reversed, so that the motor does not have to continue to apply torsion to maintain the load.
- Stable : Can stably transmit the torsion generated by the gear motor to the output shaft, and provide strong and stable power for the robot. The length of 33mm makes it possible to install it in a 45mm U shaped beam and there is enough space to install other gears.
