How to use:
To set up the device, first, flip it over and empty all the balls into the V-shaped groove.
Next, insert the plate and flip it back so the V-shaped groove is now at the top. Pull out the insert plate to release the balls, causing them to collide with the array of nails and scatter randomly.
The distance between the nails is uniform on both sides, and each row's horizontal position aligns perfectly between the two nails of the row below. As the balls hit the nails while falling, they have an equal 50/50 chance of veering left or right before hitting the subsequent row of nails.
This process repeats until the balls eventually land in the narrow slot at the base. With a substantial number of balls, they will accumulate on the bottom plate, forming an approximate bell-shaped density function pattern.
