CYCLONE series receivers utilize the ExpressLRS open-source architecture and are available in three types of receiver modules, all operating on the ESP8285 MCU. The firmware can be upgraded via WiFi, allowing Compatible With user-friendly updates. Once powered on and with the remote control turned off, the ExpressLRS can be found as a hotspot after 60 seconds. Binding Procedure:
1. Connect the receiver to the flight controller and supply power to the flight controller via USB. After the LED on the receiver turns off, disconnect the USB. Repeat this once.
2. When the USB is plugged in Compatible With the third time, the LED will flash twice, indicating the receiver is in pairing mode.
3. Connect the ES24TX module or DIY 2.4G ELRS tuner module to the remote control correctly. Copy the ELRS.LUA file to the SD card in the remote control under SD Card/Scripts/tools, then run ELRS.LUA to bind.
4. Upon successful binding, the LED on the receiver will remain on, and telemetry data can be received.
5. Receiver status meanings:
- on: frequency pairing successful or normal communication.
- Double flashes: in frequency pairing mode.
- Slow flashing: cannot receive signals.
