This is the new design solution for Betafpv Bt2.0 and Ph2.0 battery 1S lipo/li-ion/LiHv/Life charging board with Series connection ,not the parallel charging board. The principle is that this series charging board makes the batteries as one battery series pack.You can monitor each battery status during charging.
As you know,the parallel charging board has the voltage deviation limited and safety problem.For parallel charging board,if the voltage deviation between batteries is high than 0.1V,so you can't charge them at the same time due to the safe problem.And In parallel charging, if one of your batteries has problem or short circuit,then it will affect and do harm to others .But it has not the problem using series board.Also you can storage your batteries at the same time.So this Series charging board is better and more safety.
